2020 Begins the Era of the Nations and Epic Battles in\nthe Spirit that will go down in the annals of history<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThen He who sat on\nthe throne said,<\/em> \u2018Behold, I make all things new\u2019\u201d<\/em> (Rev. 21:5). \u201cAnd\nthe nations of those who are saved shall walk in its light, and the kings of\nthe earth bring their glory and honor into it\u2026And they shall bring the glory\nand the honor of the nations into it<\/em>\u201d (Rev. 21:24, 26). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In January 2019 I\nprophesied that there are doors that are open in the Spirit that have never\nbeen open before in our lifetimes. This past year many have seen miraculous\ndoors open – to the nations, to awakening, to promotion in the Spirit and in\nthe natural, and to the fulfilment of prophetic words that they\u2019ve been waiting\non for years!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year the Lord\nsays, \u201cYou have passed through the gates. You\u2019re in a whole new space. Now it\u2019s\ntime to ADVANCE and take the land!\u201d 2020 will mark the beginning of a decade\nthat will go down in history as the Era of the Nations. Epic battles in the\nSpirit will lead to unprecedented Kingdom advancement, the Great Harvest coming\nin, nations being baptized and the culture wars being won, and a new level of\nauthority attached to the proclamation of the prophetic word.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

UNPRECEDENTED\nKINGDOM ADVANCEMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2010 during a\nperiod in which our church was fasting and praying for 40 days, the Lord gave\nme a vision. In this vision I saw many Believers standing at the border between\nthe wilderness and the Promised Land. They were celebrating. They had made it\nthrough the wilderness and were ecstatic! As they worshipped and praised God\nsigns, wonders and miracles were prevalent. They spent time admiring the\nPromised land from the border and talking about how wonderful life would be now\nthat they had arrived. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was very surprised\nwhen, in the same vision, the Lord showed me the situation several years later.\nMemorials had been built to commemorate the great work of God in leading them\nthrough the wilderness. Many churches had also been started and some of these\nwere thriving. They were however still on the border. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

When He showed me the\nsituation much later I wept. An entire generation had lived and died on the\nborder without ever entering the Promised land that still lay before them. Back\nthen I wrote: \u201cThis will happen because many of us have not realized that\nbreakthrough (revival) is not the victory. Even after breakthrough there are\nbattles to fight. Breakthrough is a position from which we advance on toward\nthe victory (reformation and transformation).<\/strong>\u201d [1]<\/sup><\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fortunately,\nGod has used the last decade to change our understanding of His kingdom. Things\nare now in place for a new move of the Spirit unlike any that the world has\never seen. The Promised land lies before us and the voice of the Lord is\ncalling out, \u201cYour battle is not against flesh and blood. It\u2019s against powers,\nprincipalities and spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Eph. 6:12).\nMuch ground has been lost and there are culture wars that will need to be\nfought. I promise to be with you as you move out at the sound of My voice. This\nis a time of heavenly visitations in which I will cause ordinary men and women\nto realize who they are in Me – mighty men and women of valor! So arise in the\nstrength that you have and (re)take your nations!\u201d (Judges 6:14). [2]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I see\na messenger angel crisscrossing the earth crying out, \u201cIt\u2019s not a time for\nappeasement. It\u2019s a brave new world and it\u2019s time for the brave to arise and\ntake the land\u201d (Matt. 11:12). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cBut\nthe people who know their God shall be strong and carry out great exploits<\/em>\u201d\n(Dan. 11:32b). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

THE\nGREAT HARVEST <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAnd\nHe said to them, \u2018Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every\ncreature. He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not\nbelieve will be condemned. And these signs will follow those who believe: In My\nname they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; they will\ntake up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt\nthem; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.<\/em>\u2019\u201d (Mark.\n16:15-18).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Great\ndoors are open in the Spirit for the preaching of the Gospel (1 Cor. 16:8-9; 2\nCor. 2:12). These doors will remain open during this next decade. A wave of\nGod-consciousness will cover the earth. Congresses and Parliaments that used to\nhave atheist agendas will be opened in prayer. Schools (including many public\nschools) will open their doors to \nprayer. We will see large scale, national prayer meetings broadcast on\nmajor commercial and state-owned television networks. \u201cIs anything too hard for\nMe?\u201d says the Lord.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A\nshift in the prayer movement and harvest<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There\u2019s\na shift occurring in the prayer movement as God pours out a spirit of boldness\non His intercessors. This new era will see the proliferation of \u2018Contending\nHouses of Prayer.\u2019 Houses of prayer that wage war in the Spirit and know how to\nuse their authority in the Courts of Heaven will be raised up to counter the\nincrease of demonic attack against God\u2019s children. Strategic levels of\nintercession will be released to run together with evangelism to see the\nharvest of souls come in. The Spirit of the Lord is saying\u201d \u201cIt\u2019s harvest\ntime!\u201d [3]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regions\nof great harvest<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some\nof the greatest harvest will come in from the nations that are most closed to\nthe preaching of the gospel. \u201cNorth Korea and the Middle East are Mine!\u201d, says\nthe Lord. Look to the \u201cSilk Road\u201d that China is creating. It is My road and\nfrom the east coast of China to the Middle East, each of the 40 nations that it\nruns through will be irrevocably changed by the preaching of the Gospel of\nJesus Christ.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Time\nfor the born-again church<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another\nfruitful field for evangelism will be the church. Many know of Him, but don’t\nknow Him. I hear the Holy Spirit saying, \u201cIt\u2019s time for the born-again church!\u201d\nSigns, wonders and miracles will be commonplace as the Holy Spirit falls in\nchurches and sweeps people into the Kingdom. Churches that close their doors to\nthis and insist on being based on purely intellectual Christianity will not be\nable to stand in this new decade. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A\nNew Apostolic Age<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is\nno longer just the Age of the Evangelist. This new decade will also be known as\nthe \u2018New Apostolic Age.\u2019  Unusual signs\nand wonders will accompany the preaching of the gospel and the church will\nreturn to her apostolic foundations to take the nations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Persecution\nagainst the Church<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cPersecution\nagainst the Church will increase, but I am sending out My evangelists,\u201d says\nthe Lord. \u201cThey will be everywhere – on the street corners, in the schools, in\nthe media, on the internet – everywhere! It\u2019s a new D-day. Each new wave of\npersecution will cause the wave of evangelists to increase in size and speed.\u201d\nBefore the end of this decade, the sound of the Gospel of Jesus Christ will\nhave covered the earth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BAPTIZING\nNATIONS AND THE CULTURE WARS BEING WON! <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAnd\nJesus came and spoke to them, saying, \u2018All authority has been given to Me in\nheaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing\nthem in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching\nthem to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you\nalways, even to the end of the age\u201d Amen.<\/em>\u2019\u201d (Matthew 28:18-20).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019re\nnot just called to baptize individuals We\u2019re also called to baptize nations in\nthe name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. 2020 marks the start of a\nrenewed missions mandate: the Gospel to every tribe, tongue, nation and sphere\nof influence on the planet. [4]<\/sup><\/a> This will lead to the\n\u201cgreat reset\u201d as we engage in the culture wars. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jesus\nis worthy of nations and cultural transformation is the key. Systems and\ninstitutions that are now in the grip of Babylon (the anti-Christ spirit) will\nbe won back to the Lord as He releases divinely-inspired strategies for\ntransformation of the world\u2019s spheres of influence and sends His children to\ntransform them. It\u2019s the age of the marketplace minister and many who pray and\nreceive these strategies will also be the ones called to go and to implement\nthem. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\nfate of the nations and Israel<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\nfate of the nations is in the balance in this new decade. Those that align\nthemselves with the Lord, and with Israel, \nwill bring their glory (the best that their culture has to offer) to Him\nboth here on the earth and in eternity. \u201cThe city (the New Jerusalem) had no\nneed of the sun or the moon to shine in it, for the glory of God illuminated\nit. The Lamb is its light. And the nations of those who are saved shall walk in\nits light, and the kings of the earth shall bring their glory and honor into\nit<\/em>\u201d (Rev. 21:23-24).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A\nNEW LEVEL OF AUTHORITY ATTACHED TO THE PROCLAMATION OF THE PROPHETIC WORD <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last\nyear I wrote: \u201cAt creation, God\u2019s Spirit hovered over the waters. Suddenly the\nsound of His voice burst forth: \u201cLet there be light!\u201d Then there was light.\nThis season is about the power of the sound that God is calling us to release\non the earth. As we issue supernaturally-inspired decrees and call forth what\nwe hear in the Spirit, God will release a new level of supernatural power,\njoined to the prophetic, so that the impossible (humanly speaking) will become\npossible and will manifest here on the earth.\u201d [5]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2020\nwill see a new generation of Elijah prophet raised up. These prophets will\nstand before kings and rulers and proclaim the word of the Lord. They will say,\n\u201cAt my word, this specific thing will happen so that you may know that there is\na God in Heaven who presides over the affairs of men.\u201d God will back up the\nwords of His prophets and will display Himself as El Shaddai through this new\nrelease of power through the prophetic that will cause nations to shift into\ntheir destinies and the timings of God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is the era in which God says: \u201cAsk of\nMe and I WILL  give you the nations!\u201d\n(Ps. 2:8) <\/strong>
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
