European Prophetic Masterclass, The Queen of Heaven

We’re living in a season where we must understand that when God brought His people out of Egypt, He brought them out in war units. As the ecclesia of God, we need to understand the nature of the conflict that is going on around us. This battle is about the manifestation of God’s kingdom plan for our homes and our territories on the earth.
This year the theme is ‘The Queen of Heaven.’ During our February 2025 European Gathering the Lord revealed that the key principality that God’s ecclesia will have to deal with this year is the Queen of Heaven. She is the demon goddess of war and the gender-bending principality. She is both a political and a religious spirit and she influences our economies.
There is a window of opportunity this next 2 years to see heaven’s government established over our territories in a way that we have not seen before in our lifetimes. This masterclass will launch phase 2 of the European Prayer Initiatives Three Year Prayer and Prophetic Strategy for the continent and is geared to help you to become more effective in seeing heaven’s government and authority established in your God-given territory and sphere(s).
This masterclass will:
- Give you all of the information you need to have about the Queen of Heaven and how she operates
- Help you to know how to receive you strategies for how to pray so that you can turn the tide.
- Help you to grow in your spiritual discernment and your sense of timing so that you know what to do with the things God is showing you and when.
- Practical examples of how specific divinely-inspired prayer strategies have led to concrete change in cities and regions
- Tools that you can use to take back the delegated authority that God has given you
Speakers
Dr. Arleen Westerhof (NL)
Arleen Westerhof is the Lead Pastor of the God’s Embassy Church in Amsterdam together with her husband Dick. She is also the co-founder and co-leader of the European Prophetic Council, the Founder and Leader of the Netherlands Prophetic Council and a member of the Apostolic Council of Prophetic Elders. She has extensive experience in spiritual warfare and in seeing spiritual strongholds come down. As they do, they release measurable change in peoples’ lives and in society. Arleen has a passion to see prophetic voices raised up in Europe.
Rebecca Greenwood (USA)
Rebecca Greenwood is the founder of Christian Harvest International, a prophetic intercessory ministry called to impact the USA and the nations of the world. She is the author of more than 12 books and is a good friend of Dick and Arleen Westerhof. Rebecca is a member of the Apostolic Council of Prophetic Elders (ACPE). She is also someone who has seen God shift nations into their calling through the secret missions and strike force prayer actions that she and her international teams have carried out in the past and present. She is someone who sees national transformation happen!
Sven Leeuwestein (NL)
Sven Leeuwestein is the founder of Nations Ablaze, a ministry dedicated to seeing the body of Christ mature in both impact and multiplication. He is a nationally recognized apostolic teacher and is a part of the apostolic lead team of the By Design kingdom apostolic equipping Center in Amsterdam. He is a man with a mandate and assignment to see national and personal demonic strongholds removed.
